The Valley Isle Resort is located in Kahana, within 10 minutes of the historic whaling village of Lahaina. It is a scenic 45 minute drive from Maui's main airport in Kahului, and a short 5 minute drive from the smaller West Maui-Kapalua Airport.

Rates and Terms
High Season (Dec. 16 - April 15)
$150.00 + 12.41% tax/night
(13.41% tax on stays July 1, 2010 & after)
Low Season (April 16 - Dec. 15)
$130.00 + 12.41% tax/night
(13.41% tax on stays July 1, 2010 & after)
POLICIES:
Payment Options: Personal/Business Check, Money Order.
All rates plus state of Hawaii tax. For rentals of 7 nights or more,
studio will be cleaned at owners expense prior to arrival and again at
check-out. All linens and kitchen utensils etc. are furnished by the
owner. Check-in after 3:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Rates are
based on 2 person occupancy. Rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSITS:
50% of total fee payable on reservation with the balance due 60 days
prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION and REFUNDS:
Full refund if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Full refund for any canceled days subsequently rented.
